Here’s what you’ll need:
1 15 oz can of full-fat coconut milk
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup of agave
3/4 cup of blackberries
3/4 cup of raspberries
1 scoop of VeganSmart Wild Berries
- Whisk the coconut milk, vanilla paste, 2 tablespoons of agave, and VeganSmart Wild Berries together. Once the mixture is smooth and creamy, set it aside.
- Blend together the raspberries, blackberries, and the remaining agave, until smooth and combined. Add more agave, to taste, as necessary.
- Stir the coconut milk mixture and the berry puree together and divide evenly among the popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, insert the popsicle sticks, and continue freezing for 4 hours, or until firm.
