To make VeganSmart’s Apple Pie Smoothie, you will need:
1/2 cup overnight water soaked organic rolled oats drained of excess water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 diced apple
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup water
1 scoop of VeganSmart Vanilla
Add all of these ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
