Queenetta, known to her friends and followers as “Queenie,” found her way to a plant-based lifestyle while on her quest to holistic wellness.  As a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist, she knew her calling was to help others achieve their personal goals without fad diets and modern quick fixes.  Throughout pregnancy, nursing, and entrepreneurship, she maintains a lifestyle that is easy to follow for the non-healthcare professional. Queenie now helps others on their quest to a fully plant-based lifestyle through her program #21DaysToPlantBased, in which she collaborates with plant-based chefs to provide simple, culturally diverse recipes to match each individual’s native foods and palates.
